Ali Fathuhee is a self-taught artist whose main specialty is with conceptual paintings which showcase the history of Maldives. Even as a young boy, he has always had a keen interest in showcasing the environment around him and expressing his ideas through painting. His current paintings revolve around the hardships, struggles and triumph faced by mothers. This was something that was inspired by the tales and life of his own mother. Some of his most notable achievements include being selected as one of the best 3 vibrant artists in “Unveiling Vision Exhibition 2018”. He has also hosted his own solo exhibitions and live art events for numerous parties.
